Orane has remained a family-owned business since its establishment in 2008. Over the years, it has solidified its reputation as a leading provider of refractory products and premium foundry coatings, garnering acclaim on a global scale. Our dedicated team of over 100 professionals diligently strives to exceed the rigorous standards of the refractory industry, committed to delivering unparalleled service to our valued customers each day.
Orane was founded under the visionary guidance of Mr. Sushil Arora and Mr. Sanjeev Dane, industry stalwarts with five decades of expertise in refractory materials. Situated in Pune, our state-of-the-art facilities boast an impressive annual production capacity of 28,000 metric tons for both Monolithic Refractories and Precast Pre-fired Shapes.
In response to the growing demand from our esteemed foundry clientele, we ventured into the manufacturing of Foundry Coatings in 2014. To ensure optimal production efficiency and quality control, we established a dedicated plant exclusively for this purpose. With an annual capacity to produce 8,000 metric tons, our facility stands poised to meet the evolving needs of the foundry industry.
In 2023, Orane embarked on a significant collaboration journey by partnering with EKW Refractories Germany. Building on this alliance, we are proud to announce our forthcoming venture – a world-class production facility located in Gujarat. This state-of-the-art facility will feature a fully automated plant dedicated to the manufacturing of Monolithic Refractories. Anticipated to be operational by 2025, this strategic move underscores our commitment to innovation, excellence, and meeting the evolving needs of our global clientele.
